In each of the apartments there are 4 double beds with a size of 1.6 x 2 m and two single beds, and two additional auxilary beds can be ordered, so each of the apartments can accomodate at least 10 persons, and including auxiliary beds up to 12 persons.
Pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the yard.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a welcome package and leaflets and brochures about Ljubljana and Slovenia.
The villa is situated in an ideal location in the middle of the pleasant Kodeljevo settlement with lots of greenery, a popular park, a children's playground and numerous possibilities for active leisure time (sports hall, outdoor and indoor pool, tennis courts, football and basketball courts, and a cross-country track).

The Cukrarna Gallery is only a 5-minute walk away, and walk to the famous Dragon Bridge or Castle Hill takes only about 20 minutes.
Just a few steps away from the villa, there is a bus station and a grocery store, the city's railway station is also nearby.
Kodeljevo is famous for its 17th-century castle of the same name, where today you can find an inn with a pizzeria. The opportunities for recreation and admiration of nature are also offered by the Golovec hill, which is only a short distance away from the villa.

Only two kilometers away is the biggest Slovenian shopping center BTC, the main railway and bus station, and the city bypass that links the capital city with the motorway cross and other Slovenian cities.
