Renting the whole villa: 250€ + cleaning
Obligatory payments:
Cleaning: 175€
Electicity: additional payment on KW hour 0.5€
Reservation advance: For reservation a reservation advance is requiered. Payment is doable through a bank transaction or via credit card
Checkin is between 1 PM and 6 PM , checkout between 10 AM and 11 AM, or by previous arangment. Picture ID is obligatory for checkin
Notice reservation notice against 20 days before departure loss of avance notice 1 to 20 days before takeover, loss 70% of entire value rent
Deposit: 500,00 eur is used for covering potencial costs such as: missing equipment and injuries that they are not engaged in comprehensive policy, injuries of equipment, theft, breakdown of furniture because of negligence. In case of payment of deposit with Maestro, Visa and Diners card we charge 5% commission. Deposit is returned on your account 10 days after return of the house.
How to pay?
When you tell us your information via E-mail we will send you an pre invoice. Payment can be done through bank, phone with your credit card or in one of our offices. With Diners Club card it is possible to pay in 12 installments. We also accept Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.
