VILLA ŠKRBINA: Villa Škrbina is a unique house of this type in Slovenia. It is over 100 years old, but almost fully re-done in the original style. It is made of solid rock, with thick walls, yet big windows and spacious living quarters and bathrooms.
Villa Škrbina is located in the village of ŠKRBINA. One of the most beautiful villages in the Slovenian KARST region. This village is still, like life was 100 years ago and it still has only 80 houses. The inhabitants are all locals, the houses are all old, and the people are extremely friendly. There is a sense of safety and calmness anywhere in the village.
In the village itself there are 3 very good small vineries, witch are open all year around for quests, who what to try or buy their wine.
