Reservation advance: For reservation a reservation advance 500€ is requiered, you can pay via PAYPAL, or through a bank transaction.
Deposit: 500,00 eur is used for covering potencial costs such as: missing equipment and injuries that they are not engaged in comprehensive policy, injuries of equipment, theft, breakdown of furniture because of negligence. In case of payment of deposit with Maestro, Visa and Diners card we charge 5% commission. Deposit is returned on your account 10 days after return of the house.
Checkin is between 1 PM and 6 PM , checkout between 10 AM and 11 AM. Picture ID is obligatory for checkin.
