Hrvatini House is located only 2 kilometers away from the sandy beach in Ankaran with a beautiful sea view.
ACCOMMODATIONS: House Hrvatini Ankaran - is standing in beautiful, quiet location, among vineyards, overlooking the sea, 2 km away from the beach in Ankaran or Muggia beaches in Italy and Slovenia. We are renting two units of twins. Each unit has surface of 220 m2 and is located on approx 400 m2 of land. Both units are separated from each other with a high stone wall. For the feeling of having your own villa overlooking the see! On the terrace is also a swimming pool in size 6x3m. The house is a perfect weekend house or a very nice family house. In the basement of the size of 16 m2 are heat room - 8 m2 and storage - 8 m2. On the ground floor size of 84 m2 there is located a living room with kitchen, bathroom and two garages and an additional 20 m2 large terrace. Three bedrooms, with three bathrooms and two balconies provides the first floor - 48 m2. In the attic with 2 windows is an useful area of approx 50 m2. House can be rentet since 16th of April 2010.
LOCATION AND LOCAL IN SIGHTS: Ankaran lies on the southern slope Milje peninsula, very close to the Istrian coast, near the border with Italy. One of the most beautiful coastal villages in our country is completely protected from the north wind. Because of its natural location the Ankaran was inhabited since Roman times. Ancient name for the region is Ultra (Italy Oltre - Oltre il mare, by the sea)..
Attractive sunny location, mild climate and lush Mediterranean vegetation has undoubtedly influenced the development in early tourism in Ankaran.
Ankaran today has bigest number of camping places in Slovenia. There are also swimming pools, sports grounds and in particular around the kilometer long sandy beach, better known to older locals by name San-Nicolo '. At the southern part the beach ends with a pier, which is also the last point Slovenian mountain transversal.
